The hotel provided a lovely experience. i found the staff to be kind and attentive. the city views were amazing. I especially loved seeing them from my room.

The staff ensured i felt comfortable and all my needs were met quickly. bartenders had fun creating local drinks and they were happy to explain each drink. they were so lovely and helpful. I felt very relaxed here.

The hotel included two top notch restaurants and a cocktail bar. The bar had a great vibe. the pool area featured comfortable cabanas for lounging. access to a tram that takes you right to the city center made getting around easy.

The room decor created a nice vibe. It was surprisingly spacious. my room included doors and windows with beautiful views. a scale to weigh bags was provided, though it arrived an hour after requesting it.
